What the site is
The site describes a business process strategy practice: who it is, the services it offers, how an engagement runs, and how to ask for a conversation. It is information. It is not itself a diagnostic, a design, or a promise that a particular result will be achieved in your company. Read the Disclaimer with these terms.
No engagement by browsing or writing
Using the site, sending the enquiry form, or holding the unpaid fit conversation does not create a professional engagement. An engagement exists only when both sides have accepted a written proposal that states the question, the boundary, the fee, and the timetable. Until that acceptance, either side may stop.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. In particular, do not attempt to break, probe, or overload it, do not send unlawful or malicious material through the form, and do not use the form to submit someone else’s personal data without a proper basis. The form may refuse further messages from a source that submits too often in a short period. You may still write to the email address above.
Intellectual property
The text, the visual design, and the mark on this site belong to Elena Drancova unless a page says otherwise. The typefaces Fraunces and Sora are used under the SIL Open Font License; the license texts are stored with the font files. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy the pages into your own commercial site or present the method descriptions as your product.
Accuracy
The practice takes care with the descriptions of its services. A page can still become incomplete if an engagement model changes. The proposal, once accepted, governs the work. If a page and a proposal differ, the proposal governs the engagement and the page governs only the website.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Elena Drancova is not liable for loss that comes from relying on the website alone, without a written engagement, including loss of profit, time, or business opportunity. Nothing on the site excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such an exclusion would be void.
The site may occasionally be unavailable because of hosting, maintenance, or a fault. The practice will try to restore it. Availability of a marketing website is not warranted as uninterrupted.
External services
The pages do not embed third-party content and do not send you through a chain of redirects to another commercial site. Links that leave the site, if any are added later, will be identifiable as links. Email links open your own mail program.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. The courts of Chișinău have jurisdiction, without removing any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim in your place of residence where the law gives you that right and does not allow it to be waived.
Changes
These terms can be updated by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after that date is use under the updated terms. An engagement already accepted in a proposal is not changed by a later edit of this page.
