General information
The pages on globlustranis.cc describe how Elena Drancova, a business process strategy practice in Chișinău, works and what an engagement can include. They are written so a prospective client can judge whether to write. They are general. They are not advice about your particular company, and they are not a substitute for the fieldwork an engagement would require.
No promised result
The practice does not guarantee that an engagement will reduce cost, reduce headcount, shorten cycle time by a stated percentage, or produce a particular financial outcome. Process design can make ownership and handoffs clearer. What a company does with that clarity is outside the website and, unless a proposal says otherwise, outside the engagement. Case-study figures are not published here because the practice does not present invented results.
Professional limits
Nothing on this site is legal advice, tax advice, an audit opinion, an investment recommendation, or a certification against ISO or any other standard. Nothing on this site is an offer to implement software. If you need one of those services, instruct a person who is qualified to provide it. The boundary of the practice is described in plain language on the about page.
Engagement boundary
Examples of flows on the services page are examples of the kind of work a commission can cover. They are not claims that a named company was a client, and they are not a description of your process. A teaching sketch on the home page is labeled as a teaching sketch. Your documents, if you commission them, will name your steps.
A professional duty, if one arises, arises from a written proposal both sides have accepted, not from these pages and not from an unpaid conversation. See how an engagement works.
Accuracy and availability
Pages are maintained with care and can still contain an error or an outdated detail. The fee, timetable, and deliverables that bind an engagement are the ones in the accepted proposal. The site can be unavailable for short periods. A missing address shows a not-found page on this same site. It does not send you to another domain.
