Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Elena Drancova handles personal information collected through globlustranis.cc. It is written for visitors and for people who send an enquiry. It is not the confidentiality clause of a client engagement. That clause is in the written proposal, if there is one.

Last updated: 22 October 2026.

Who we are

The site is operated by Elena Drancova, a business process strategy practice at Strada Petru Rareș 77, MD-2005, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. For privacy questions about this website, write to [email protected].

What this policy covers

It covers information you give us through the enquiry form or by emailing the address above, and the limited technical data a normal web host creates when you request a page. It also covers the cookie described in the Cookie Policy. It does not cover files exchanged later under a signed proposal. Those are handled under that proposal.

Information you send

If you use the enquiry form, you provide:

The form does not ask for an account password, a payment card, or a government identifier. Please do not put sensitive customer files, health information, or anyone else’s personal data into the message. The form is for a first description of a process question.

If the server cannot send the message, it is not stored by the site as a backup copy. The form will tell you to write directly to [email protected].

Information created by visiting the site

Like most hosted websites, the server that delivers these pages may keep a technical log of the request: IP address, date and time, the address of the page, the browser type, and a status code. Those logs are used to keep the site operating and to investigate abuse, such as repeated form submissions. Elena Drancova does not use them to build advertising profiles and does not sell them.

The enquiry form also keeps a short rate-limit record so one source cannot flood the mailbox. That record stores a cryptographic hash of the IP address and the time of the attempt. It does not store the message. Entries older than one hour are discarded.

Cookie

Before you choose, the site does not set a cookie. After you choose Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Save preferences, the site stores one first-party cookie, ed_consent, for 180 days. It remembers the choice. It is not an analytics cookie. Details, including how to change it, are in the Cookie Policy.

How the enquiry is used

Your name, email, and message are used to read the enquiry, reply to it, and keep a record of that correspondence. If a proposal follows, the correspondence becomes part of preparing that proposal. The site does not use the message for marketing lists, and it is not used to train a public model.

Legal basis

The enquiry is handled because you asked us to reply, and because you confirm that use in the form. The technical logs and the rate-limit record are kept as a legitimate interest in operating a safe website. The consent cookie is stored so that your cookie decision can be honored. You can refuse non-essential cookies. There are no non-essential cookies in use. Refusing them leaves the site fully available.

Who receives it

The enquiry is emailed to [email protected]. The people who can read it are the practice and the providers who host the website and the mailbox, acting only so those services can function. Elena Drancova does not sell personal information and does not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or social networks. No advertising tag is loaded on this site.

Hosting and email infrastructure may sit outside the Republic of Moldova. That transfer happens because it is necessary to run the site and the mailbox you chose to write to. It is not an extra transfer for advertising.

How long it is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a fair record of what was asked, and then deleted or reduced. A normal enquiry that does not become an engagement is not kept for more than 24 months. If an engagement follows, the proposal sets the retention of working papers. Server logs follow the host’s ordinary log rotation. The rate-limit record lasts no longer than one hour. The consent cookie lasts 180 days unless you clear it sooner.

Your choices and requests

You may ask what enquiry information is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where keeping it is no longer needed. You may object to the use of log data. Write to [email protected] from the address you used, and include enough detail to find the message. The practice may need to confirm you control that email address before changing or deleting a record.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In the Republic of Moldova, that is the National Center for Personal Data Protection (Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal). If you are elsewhere, you may contact the authority in your place of residence. This policy does not limit rights you have under the law that applies to you.

Children

The site is written for people making decisions about how a company operates. It is not directed at children, and the practice does not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent an enquiry, write to [email protected] and ask for it to be deleted.

Security

The form is sent over the hosting connection, checked on the server, and limited in length. No method of transmission or storage is perfect. Do not use the form for secrets. The pages do not load third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. If a change affects how enquiries are used, the form text will be updated so the confirmation you give matches the policy.
